What web browser are you submitting this from?  I'll hafta mess around
and try to recreate the problem.  I think BramL was having the same
problem a few weeks ago...but I think that was a Juno e-mail problem.

In the meantime, try e-mailing the .DAT file to lugnet.cad.dat@lugnet.com
-- that will post it to lugnet.cad.dat, so you can put a real Subject line
in and comments at the top.

Your web address (lehman@javanet.com) keeps
getting rejected by my server.  Grr...*massive* frustration.

What's the rejection message from the javanet.com mail server?

I'm using IE5b2, but it's never given me a lick of trouble before.
I've gone ahead and sent the file, we'll see if it makes it.

You e-mailed the .DAT file to lugnet.cad.dat@lugnet.com then?  Veddy veddy
odd...it hasn't shown up in the ng, and it doesn't appear in the dead-
articles file (the rejects file) on the server.  It's as if it never made it
to the server.  Do you know if the e-mail bounced back to you before
reaching lugnet.com?

Do you know if you've changed anything since you successfully posted these
on January 25?--

Since your newest .DAT posting shows up neither through the e-mail gateway
nor the web interface, I wonder if there's something in the nature of the
content which somehow causes the newsserver to croak quietly (without
gacking loudly).  Would you try uploading the raw .DAT file here?--

   ftp://ftp.lugnet.com/incoming/

If I can get a copy of the .DAT file somehow, I can poke around more from
the inside.

The rejection message was from *my* mail server, not javanet's.  I dunno,
things were just really screwed up there for a while.

[Recap: The above pertains to the mail you sent to lehman@javanet.com]
