Actually, upon closer inspection, could it be a store display catalog?
The dimensions would only be useful
to a store planning a display.

Do you have a picture of it anywhere?  A name?  A piece count?  A year?
Proof that it's a Castle set?  (Almost all of the Castle sets are • 6000-6099,
and 0746 sounds like an old Samosonite-range number, not a Castle set.)
