The 60s scans on Joe's website are from my catalogs, and I agree
with Kevin.  They aren't my images, so It's not my place to give
legal permission.  I certianly give informal permission.  BTW
pretty much everything from the Samsonite US era (61 - 72) does
NOT have a copyright notice on it.  I don't remember whether that
was a period (dim bulb says before '86) when it was
required.

THe pictures are there to be used for the bettrment of the common knowledge.
If anyone wants to borrow the catalogs or instructions for any of
the Samsonite era sets, I'll be glad to loan them out.

(...) It still never hurts to ask, although Huw (and I think Kevin) have given "blanket" permission for use of the images in this context. I don't recall if Tore, Joe, and Jim have given such blanket permissions, so I would ask. Aside from explicit (...) (26 years ago, 27-Nov-98, to lugnet.admin.database)
