  Re: LEGO Quality Control

(...) Actually it really does not. I have polished literally thousands of black bricks and when one brings the to a high polish variations are very evident to me. One can tell which have red or blue or green regrind in them. It is true that black (...) (16 years ago, 4-Sep-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Hey John, I get what you're saying. Personally, I just don't see the point in buying a toy that you're never going to play with. I bought comics solely on spec in the late 80's for awhile, but I soon felt like I was wasting my money because I wasn't (...) (16 years ago, 8-Sep-08, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

(...) It means next year admission cut in half. Side note to those who don't get the jokes but really have a need to know these things: nobody pockets money from Brick Bash (except the pizza delivery guy), and nobody pays admission for Brick Bash. (16 years ago, 9-Aug-08, to lugnet.edu, FTX)

OK, I had to post this in rtl because I confess the main inspiration for this was watching Ian's amazing LEGO industrial P&P automations over the years. This isn't nearly as fast as his, but it's the first time I've captured a motion I really like, (...) (16 years ago, 31-Aug-08, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic) !
