Re: Rumored Castle sets now a nightmare.

(...) If it's not minifig scale, I don't know what to call it. It might be a new medieval theme, it might be excellent, it might be a lot of things, but it wouldn't be a continuation of the Castle line, so whatever it might actually be called, it (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Is it the End of Creations Rotule's website ?

(...) Well, following the advice my wife gave me, I've decided to keep the website. It will get a totally new image though, but I think it will be for the best. I'll keep the best features, I'll drop one or two, add one or two and everything should (...) (21 years ago, 22-Nov-03, to lugnet.publish)

(...) I thought the holes in the minifig heads were for safety reasons, to prevent choking if a child were to attempt to swallow them. I think I saw that mentioned in a LEGO book somewhere... C (21 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Thanks! Thanks! :) I'm very happy to be of service to our community. Perhaps sometime soon I'll continue working on my oval shield template and get that article out to the public. Thanks for the reply! --Anthony (21 years ago, 12-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, FTX)

(...) Serf's up, dude! :) I'm glad you liked what I've done, it was a lot of effort. Hopefully it'll prove useful to the community, if not now then in the future. (...) Thanks much! Glad you liked what I've done. I did the same as you when I first did stickers, using a glue stick. My only beef with them is that the glue doesn' last very long and after a while the stickers start peeling or just pop right off. (...)   Shades of Gray

And to give illustration to the phrase, should that be the British "grey" or the American "gray"? :-) Jake has used a somewhat perjorative rendering of the no-longer-current gray as "muddy". I thought of another one, something I *know* I've mentioned before (in various discussions w/ Steve, off-line as well as here on LUGNet)...
