Nice. This scale (and especally the printed cabin windows on the sides of 1x2s, I assume that's from Stena Line or the like) reminds me a lot of late 70's/early 80s Tente. I am sure it has a purpose and unless you know what it is you won't know whether it's safe to leave out or not. Manufacturing nowadays doesn't typically put stuff in that's not needed, need to save those pennies. My guesses: capacitator (but if this (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

Hmm... 11+11+27.50+3 = 52.50 (shipping included) S@H wants 66. That gives you the entire last car, including 6 train windows, 3 minifigs and a bunch of black slopes and misc parts from that car and the engine for 13.50. That's not making a LOT of (...) (26 years ago, 16-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)
