Re: Crashing your Lego creation safely...

(...) It's been a while since I've ever done anything like this, but as a 12 year-old I remember wrecking my Deep Freeze Defender on several occasions. I used to launch it across the room in an arc, leaving it to drop at least 4-5 feet on a medium (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jul-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: Building the A10 Thunderbolt "Warthog"

That is true. I had not thought about the metal bars, I was just thinking about the general shape. I thought someone was suggesting a 2x4-slope-from-2-dee...eep-on-top windshield as the back end of the canopy, and I thought that would be to steep (...) Uh, uh, ouch. Looks like you two should both take a deep breath and let it out... sloooowly... no reason for bashing each other, really.   Castle+Aquazone=Atlantas

I was thinking about new Aquazone, Castle & Adventurer themes when I got an idea: Long ago castle people who wanted to keep peaceful during times of war moved to large wet caverns on an island they called Atlantas. Somehow, they evolved gills & (...) (24 years ago, 10-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone)

  WANTED: 6600 Highway Construction

All the Tragets in my area are out of the 6600 Highway Construction set. Apparently it's going on deep clearance at the stores that still have it.
