GMLTC at GATS in St. Paul

Hi, I was very happy to have had the opportunity to see the GMLTC setup in St. Paul. I only regret that my kids weren't with me to see it as well. I figured I'd let this percolate for a while before I responded. First a side point, auctioning IS selling. What else would it be? You all know my stance on it, it's the fairest way to allocate a scarce quantity. And it is a kind of sale. Now, I'm (...) (25 years ago, 11-Oct-99, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
