Re: The Brick Testament: Discharges and More

(...) You should put together a Brickshelf gallery with alternate shots. I'd often love to see wider shots or shots from alternate angles (even if it's a facade and other angles don't look good) to see more build details. (...) you see his castle in (...)   Re: Brick Testament site linked with child porn case??!!

My main complaint is that they seem to have confused my site "Brick Tales", with Brendan's. Seriously, while we've had discussions here about Brendan's choice of story material, it is a bit off to be upset that there are stories about murder and (...)   Re: new Lord of the Rings chapter, Meduseld

(...) Thanks. I was intentionally keeping it simple because Rohan is at a lower level of development than Gondor, so I wanted there to be a definite contrast when I get around to making Minas Tirith scenes. I saw this as more of a Viking hall and (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: More Illustrated Laws at The Brick Testament

Hey Brendan, Great work as always. Rape: I like the busy-ness of the bar with all the bottles and glasses etc. The striped bedspread is especially nice, as is the microfig farm scene. Newlyweds: Great detail that there is the unfocused background in (...) (21 years ago, 22-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

  Re: Brick Testament in Trouble?

(...) That assumes a particular definition of MOC. One could argue that "Take hairpiece A, put it on top of head B, on torso C, with legs D" is as much a MOC (albeit a very simple one) as "Take brick A, stick it on plate B, etc". Bruce (21 years ago, 26-Feb-03, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Cool Lego Site of the Week question

So, why do so few people vote on CLSotW? Back in December there were over 20 per poll (with 23, 26, 37, and 32 responses for those four weeks). After that it has dropped: 27, 13, 17, 20, 9, 14, 13, and coming in this week at a whopping 6. I know (...) (21 years ago, 24-Mar-03, to lugnet.general)

Hey Brendan, Great work as always. Some thoughts on the building: Slavery -- That trailer is perfect. Was the trailer-park guy on the Jerry Sringer show in one of your other offerings?   Re: The Brick Testament: More Laws than You Can Shake a Stick At

(...) Lenny, Christians would point to passages such as this from Mark 14: 61Again the high priest asked him, "Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?" 62"I am," said Jesus. (...) I figured that was the intent, it just didn't work as well for me. (...) I'm not saying this was an invalid interpretation.   Re: The Brick Testament: The Full Extent of The Law

Hey Brendan, Great work as always. Congratulations on finishing the Law. What not to eat: A lot of humor though this section made it very fun.   Ozbricks down?

Hi all, I've noticed for the past week when I try to click on my site hosted by Ozbricks I get a "Bandwidth limit exceeded" error.
