  Re: Introducing LEGO Direct

(...) Welcome Brad. With LUGnet's policy of verifying e-mail addresses, and the fact that you have a lego.com address, I'm going to assume that this isn't some incredibly cruel hoax. (...) *drool* Train windows, please. Lots and lots of train (...) (25 years ago, 10-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

I've got email addresses inside of LEGO too, and I guarantee you Brad is for real. What he has expressed is the manifestation of many ideas I have heard before, privately. Make no mistake, LEGO direct is for real. KL (...) (25 years ago, 12-Dec-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Welcome Brad! It is great to have you. My one and only rant is the recent changes in Town. Why so simplified? Why not offer the "Town Jr." sets and real classic Town sets as two seperate collections? Or, how about re-realising old LEGO sets from the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Introducing LEGO Direct

Greetings, Brad, and welcome to LUGNET! What I love about Lego is the freedom to create. What I hate is the lack of available resources for materials, not only bricks, but also instructions/plans. What I'd most like to see? I'd like to see Lego make (...) (25 years ago, 10-Dec-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

I won't post the headers to the original message because it contains a private email address. The original message from Brad was posted from "interport.net" an RCN company. Brad, Well, this is interesting, but I have a hard time believing this. Maybe I am too skeptical. I think the majority of AFOL's here are frustrated with TLC's lack of attention to us and our needs / wants / desires. I was rather flabbergasted the (...) (...) Naturally, I have to assume that Brad J. may consider the exact date and/or time of day of his signing up to be information that he would rather not see talked about casually. Of course it's probably no big deal, but you never know. --Todd (25 years ago, 10-Dec-99, to lugnet.admin.general)

(...) Well, I have a MediaOne account. I took the opportunity once MediaOne offered their cable modems in our area (which was around October 1998, IIRC).
