Dear LEGO fans, Based on all the feedback over the past week regarding our new Pick A (...) (15 years ago, 8-Apr-09, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

  GBA Bionicle is out!

Saw the Gameboy Advance Bionicle game at Toys R Us today. Looks like it's out... $39.99 is a bit steep though... - Jordan lundj@earthlink.net ***...*** * "I have a deep, emotional attachment to 'Starsky and Hutch'." * * - President Bill Clinton, (...)   Light seeker

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any experience programming (NQC) a stationary light seeking head? I have one made using a rotation sensor for reference, and 2 light sensors but can't seem to get the programming down. Thanks John Jordan (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.robotics)

  The NON-McDonalds Pens...

Picked up the new Diamond Previews and they had a solicitation for the Bionicle pens that are coming out RSN (Real Soon Now). If anyone is interested I suggest popping by your local comic book store and ordering from them. - Jordan (...) (23 years ago, 30-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Lego Factory Contest results

(...) When a company does something outside its core competency, something infrequent, this is the kind of outcome to be expected. Maybe the Ambassadors could help with making serious building contests fairer. (20 years ago, 25-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: 50 Years - Lego System of Play

(...) Well, the obvious one is the 8 different 1:87 metal wheeled trucks. Each one piece. But at a more subtle level - the roadsigns and garage have similar single-use pieces now. But the overall balance of Lego parts now is much more multi-use. (20 years ago, 26-Feb-05, to lugnet.general)

(...) This is true, but there are some words that many people find offensive and/or don't want their kids to see. But I don't think the issue here is about naughty words. I think the issue here is with the Orwellian mode of enforcement. I'd prefer (...) (20 years ago, 1-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)

(...) You aren't considering how "heavy" the enforcement it is for the admins. I think that the particular model selected by Lugnet is unecessarily tough for the admins, and this example illustrates that. (20 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.admin.general)
