Re: Questions about fan involvement with TLC

Hello! (...) Actually I don't see that problem at all. Why would there be a lack of communication? Sure, there are some AFOLs who get per ambassadorship some insight in some activities within the LEGO group. Whenever they (the ambassadors) are (...)   Re: Hey, BrickShelf-users, seen this?

Hello! (...) I'm sure quite a lot of people who send up uberbig pictures got the impression BrickShelf DOES resize them. At least it seems to do, in that it compresses the dimensions of the 2000×1000px pix so that they fit into the 800×600px screen. (...) (18 years ago, 4-Sep-06, to lugnet.general) !

Hello! So I have read all the replies in this thread and decided I'd spotlight that post. (And did so.) That made me think: >Hm, every once in a while I see posts with MOCs and no answers but with like five spotlights. It's nice people like that (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.general)

Re: first multi-colored sculpture - rhapsody in blue

Hello! That's cool. That looks like a large Schultüte. (What's a Schultüte? Look it up here: (URL) at LEO.org>) And it's another tower that's taller than mine. Sighs. The naked mini... erm... bigfigs = sculptures are great, too. Bye Jojo (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

Hello! (...) You are probably referring to Mocpages. And what happens there is, I guess, this: People come along a MOC, see it's (for example) Castle stuff, are Mecha kids themselves, think "blah, Castle, boring" and rate it 1/6. On Lugnet there (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.general)

'ello! That's a nice keep again. I too like the natural look of the landscaping, but also the keep itself is done pretty well. It has the specific clean and nice Denix-look to it. My favourite part, however, is this cupboard in the kitchen: (URL) (...) (18 years ago, 13-Oct-06, to lugnet.castle)

Yo ho ho, a pirate's life for me!

Aye! I've always been a fan of pirates. Prior to Lego's official Pirates line I was forced to create my pirate figures with non-Lego material. I leave out the link to those customized figs here. Anyway, in 1989 Lego came up with real pirates and I (...) (18 years ago, 17-Oct-06, to lugnet.pirates, FTX) !!

Hello! This is a ... erm... a traincar, probably well done. At least it looks credible and authentic. (Sorry, I have no clue, neither of trains nor of CAD.). Anyway, the little sub-structure with the red and white 1×1 slopes is interesting for me. (...) (18 years ago, 19-Oct-06, to lugnet.trains)

Hello! Hey, I like that. Hrm, actually I don't, because I don't like drugs. But its' well built. The futon (? the couch, divan, anyway) looks great, and the chinese topknot is very convincing.
