Re: Traumatic Events in the Life of a Lego Fan

Hello! (...) I'm not worried. I'm just disappointed. If those figures are "Castle" (and at least they are called "Knights' Kingdom" and not "Bionicle" oder "Galidor" or what else) I feel like TLC is kidding me. And those figures are different from (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Pictures of 'Bionicle-Castle' sets, from UK club magazine

Woohoo! That so much rocks! That kicks ass like nothing before! I'm totally enthralled by this GREAT GREATER GREATEST release of all times (and I've experienced a lot of times, including the boring 80ies and early 90ies)! Woohoo! and woohoo again! I (...)   Re: Rumored Castle sets now a nightmare.

Hello! (...) There are people who have already seen pictures of these "Knights' Kingdom" figures: Employees of toystores. They got catalogues for their orders from Billund. That's where the information on 1000steine was from. For obvious reasons (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Rumored Castle sets now a nightmare.

Hello! (...) You are right, those sets are great. However, it leads me to another thought: LEGO doesn't care about us castle-heads. What, they release such great sets and I say they don't care? Now, they don't do much to keep us quiet. We complain (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Interesting question...

Hello! (...) No, they are not. Anything that's not coming under the licence of TLC - not produced by TLC, not packed by TLC (if made anywhere else like motors) and not "monogrammed" with the LEGO logo - is not LEGO. Why should it be considered a (...) (21 years ago, 11-Nov-03, to lugnet.general)

October 31st - Picture of the Day Vol. 2

Hello! Today is not only Halloween but also Reformation Day. Being neither catholic nor Irish I've the reformation in mind rather than this custom that has not even been known here (Germany) before the ad industry adopted and established it. So. (...) Hi Anthony! (...) This name fits perfectly as it exactly describes what the shield shows :-) (...) I think you came close. In fact I think closer wouldn't be necessary. It's funny that your design is somewhat "over-correct". In your picture the (...) (21 years ago, 31-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Basket maker and knife grinder

Hello! Again I've built some small things to bring life into the medieval town. Hola Juan! This is again a very nice building, and I enjoy the story, too! I like the set-wise style of your buildings, but also how you go beyond and enhance the creations with such great details like the cages in front of the windows and so on. (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle)

Hello! (...) Yeah! His creations are pure pieces of art. Plainly beautiful. Just great. I always wonder if he minutiously plans his works (calculates etc), or if he just builds like his hands are grown, spontaneously. Bye Jojo (21 years ago, 5-Oct-03, to lugnet.castle)
