Re: ControlLab 70909 Interface (9751?) VB.NET Class (DLL)

(...) The updated program works perfectly. At first I thought there was another issue because one of the outputs (B) on the CLI with the touch sensor also went on.... but after checking the code I see you added that little surprise also (motorB on (...) (15 years ago, 11-Jan-10, to lugnet.dacta)

Jan 8th rtl Toronto monthly dinner

Come one, come all to Swiss chalet tomorow at 7pm to partake of lego, roast chicken, and maybe if we're lucky, Dave's new train. It would seem, Dave used an idea I sent to him to help make it so I think I should get full credit for the entire MOC. I (...) (15 years ago, 7-Jan-10, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Hi, all. A CP holiday train made a stop in my town tonight. Here are some low-res pictures - I thought I would share for the benefit for you train folks, and to see if anyone has ever attempted to render it in LEGO! (URL) better reference photos are (...)   Re: Christmas Trolley in Metallic Silver (drool)

(...) Ha, well, the full train is going to be more like today's tourist lines: a hodge-podge of various cars. I already have a 12 wide Hiawatha car that I have built which I need to convert to 14 wide, and a 14 wide Soo Caboose I built about 10 (...)   Re: 8 Wide Steam Trains

(...) Hello, Larry! Ahhh, one of my favorite topics: 8 wide! (URL) First, there is nothing really special about building 8 wide; it really is simply a difference of width by 2 studs. The reason one would consider building 8 wide instead of 6 wide is (...) (15 years ago, 16-Dec-09, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  8 Wide Steam Trains

Hello everyone! I hope this post goes through. Anyway, I only have one LEGO train set: Lego 4534-1 Express Deluxe that my wife got me for Christmas a few years back.   Re: 8 Wide Steam Trains

(...) 8-wide gives you more breathing room for details, too. 10-wide even more so, but as John said official LEGO wheels don't match that scale. Also, the larger the scale, the more parts you'll use and the heavier it will be, so you need to worry (...) (15 years ago, 16-Dec-09, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
