(...) It is worth noting that at least one X-Wing production model had a corkscrew-type paint job on those two opposing cannons, in the position that the worm gears are placed. (...) yes, the top left and bottom right have worm gears on them, whereas the top right and bottom left have plain sleeves on them...but this is not a catalog picture, and it could have been a "lets see how it looks" picture, that got used for more (...) So, did anyone get any great LEGO deals when Learningsmith shutdown? They never carried much (in GR at least), except Mindstorms. I'm working on it ;-) Plans are for building a black 4558 (AFTER I get a normal 4558), and working on hopper/cargo cars for my freight train.
