  Re: Conversation at TRU overheard

Well, I'd brag about my kid, but *I* am my kid... ;-) I can't wait to get my 3rd 8448 from TRU, so I can build the Racer - the main car and the Hot Rod are STAYING built (and the main model is getting RISed), and the Racer probably will too. I'll (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Looking for instructions for 9354

(...) I have this set, but mine didn't come with instruction cards like those found in 9365 Community Vehicles.   Learningsmith Going (went) out of business

So, did anyone get any great LEGO deals when Learningsmith shutdown? They never carried much (in GR at least), except Mindstorms.   Re: How many sets?

That's about the point I've hit too - I need to Ebay off a few more 5571s, some 4565s, 8480s, and some other train sets, then it's time to sit down and sort several 14gal tubs into Keep and Ebay, and get rid of a lot of bricks I don't want. (...) (25 years ago, 3-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
