I use the plastic tray that came with the RIS to store my parts. One tray holds all the parts from 2 RIS sets and the Extream Creatures set. I snap together identical pieces to make them easy to find and store similar pieces in a single bin. This is (...) (25 years ago, 28-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) I am okay with the seperate polybags. I just mix all the pieces up in when I build, I like the challenge, but it is very easy for sorting pieces. All 1997 and 1998 Town sets and all 1999 City Centre sets are packed like this. Spaceport, Artic, (...) (25 years ago, 28-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

All the RCX's say 1.0, even the 1.5's. (This is a bit odd, as internally the circuit boards are _not_ the same, and the 1.0 has an AC adapter jack.) Primary sorting is easiest with the Lego boxes themselves (at least for the RIS's). To supplement (...) (25 years ago, 28-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)
