  Check my math? 8448 gearbox ratios
 
While disassembling my 8448 last night, I decided to work out the gear ratios from the engine output to the drive axle. I came up with the following (many apologies if this has been discussed here before). This is ascii art, so if you're on the web (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.technic)

(...) hmmm.. i just DL'd the .zip, unzipped it into a directory and ran it... the proggy has never been installed on this machine (i'm at work) and it came up just fine... are you getting error when you launch M-Peedy, or when you try to select a (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)
 
  Recommended software package
 
What is the recommended package of utilities I should use when creating/displaying LDraw files. I have LDraw, L3P, MLCAD, and POV-Ray, but I've noticede a lot of references to LDAO, LDLite, etc. as being required or necessary for running other (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Help with M-Peedy utility
 
I've downloaded and installed both the M-Peedy Software, as well as the required Microsoft utilites. Yet, when I try to load the M-Peedy file I receive an error saying "Cannot Load from File". (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)
