Help with M-Peedy utility

I've downloaded and installed both the M-Peedy Software, as well as the
required Microsoft utilites. Yet, when I try to load the M-Peedy file I
receive an error saying "Cannot Load from File".

| (...) hmmm.. i just DL'd the .zip, unzipped it into a directory and ran it... the proggy has never been installed on this machine (i'm at work) and it came up just fine... are you getting error when you launch M-Peedy, or when you try to select a (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad)
