  Re: Future New Castle Weapon

(...) I'd love see a mace! Either Spiked or Flanged, but I'd prefer Spiked. I made one for a Giant I built once, I'll have to look for it, as I forget exactly how it was made. As for weapons I'd like to see, More varieties of Bow would probably top (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: FSMs, coding techniques and other goodies

Vlad, why don't you write a graphical FSM generator? Textbook FSMs are quite powerful, but in practice, states and transitions are usually augmented with enter/hold/leave actions. This provides plenty of configuration potential. Also, there's a (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: review: LEGO '99

On the Technic side, in 1999 we got several nice little sets, among which 8251 is my favorite. To me, both the main model and the alternative model are among the best mini Technic sculptures that Lego has ever made. Altough I like the look of the (...)   Genetic algorithm and Scout

I've just posted a genetic algorithm program that generates a program for the Scout (in Lego Assembler).
