Re: Black Thunder? (was LEGO Outlet @ Potomac Mills Mall is now shipping!)

The Black Thunder wasn't part of the 1999 product line, at least it wasn't in the dealers' catalog according to another AFOL who works at a local toy store. Strange that it only had a one-year run, and quite disappointing given the great parts (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: TRU stuff shipped yet? Anyproblems?

(...) I don't know why Troy got them but I think it would be worth it just for the Figs. Both of them make great generic Figs (peasants) in a Castle setting, of course you need to change Mauls head but thats about it. There are also a couple of nice (...)   Re: Help!

(...) I linked to Fibblesnork pages with the hope she'd check the minifigures out, but I didn't know about John DiR's page. Cool. Thanks, Larry. This is one of the most useful things about Fibblesnork - the minifig scans. Fibblesnork is no longer (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Crappy Parcel Force service

  Re: New Small Church

(...) If there's some constructive criticism I can give, then it would have to be that the surface walls of the walls are a bit even and "dull". If you could put some more "texture" on the surface, it may look even more realistic. Fredrik (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Do I need to up my medication?? (eBay)

(...) Actually, his price may not be so outrageous. The way I read it, he has the display from the display case. This is more than just the sets. It's still probably high though, though it also depends on McDonalds policies and security on those (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  #6951 Robot Command Center PROTOTYPE?

Hey, I read recently in an ebay auction for a 6951 that this set, the Robot Command Center (from 1986), was a based on a concept designed for a contest...some sort of "design a space set" contest. If this is untrue, then please ignore. I was looking (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.space)
