  Looking for 8856 instructions

Anybody have instructions for the 8856 model? It looks like an interesting set, and I'd like to build it (I probably have all the right pieces from my collections). Brickshelf.com doesn't have it, thus the post here. Thanks. (25 years ago, 18-Nov-99, to lugnet.db.scans)

  Re: 4558 - wishful thinking?

The traditional 1x4x3 train windows are nice. But they aren't necessary, very nice models can be made without them. I made a custom club car that doesn't even use any of the specialized pieces (windows, doors etc) that come with the metroliner and (...) (25 years ago, 18-Nov-99, to lugnet.trains)

I think it was a 1998-only set. Here in Canada (I don't know about the US) it comes with a mummy-shaped lego carrying-case.
