I am trying to connect my HP49 Calculator with the Mindstorms IR Tower, I thought I had got the protocols right, the Green LED lights when I send the packet but nothing else, no reply from the RCX. In the new 2000 catalog there appear to be two female minifigs in castle set 6091. Beside the maiden minifig it looks like one of the knights is female also! If you look closely at the face of the knight with red legs just to the right of the king (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

Sandra- I think your best gift(s) would be a Lego tie or two (don't forget the Lego tie bar) and then some Lego sets for him to "play" with. I have three different Lego ties and one tie bar, so I know they exist. I got two of the ties and the tie (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

Danny, Since you imply that your battery does not take any charge at all, it sounds to me as though your problem is: (1) fuse F1 is open, or (2) a cell in your battery pack is open, or (3) one of the battery wires or its associated PCB land is open.
