I'd say your observation is spot on. Costco had sets in bulk last year and they were a bit older, and quite a bit better sets in terms of value vs retail and set intrinsic quality (unless you LIKE juniorization). The only occurrence of such a thing in my whole life was a box of 6332 (Town Jr Police Headquarters) which I won from a promotional lottery by a TRU in Istanbul. There was a 1x6x5 brick missing and one trans green/black window block (the newly (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

Actually, I was thinking of CERTIFY, like a enable of the specific new metacommands. Example: If you have a 0 CERTIFY BFC would mean Enable or take into account the GFC related commands. besides the fact that it certifies that file has beeing (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
