That's a great idea. As it is, the light sensor 'arm' is in the forward position during travel, so I could use it to track a line down the center of the squares. I went by KB Toys today, they didn,t have the buy one get one for 50% off. I did find Model Team 5561 Big foot for $39.99!!!! These had limited release outside of S@H. I just came home from Walmart and found the following prices. Note that these were not on sale, but shelf sticker was changed. I may be off by a few cents on my prices. Pete, Thanks for checking out my animated space station. I thought it almost went by unnoticed again. It could be smoother, but the file would be twice as big. Also, the bigger you make the display window, the slower it rotates. Seems like most (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.space)

Interesting, About your positioning problem... perhaps you can mark down the center of the "hallways" with a different color than is used for the walls. This way you can use standard line following methods to keep your 'bot centered within the (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
