(...) The 50x50 was available from the late 1960's until probably the middle 1970's (not sure about the exact dates). I think that the reason they switched to the 48x48 was due to the fact that 4 of the 48x48 are the same size as 9 of the 32x32 (...) (26 years ago, 2-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)
