  Re: Close-ups on rebelscum.com

  linking

I have a quick question about putting links on my site. Do I need to gain permission from the sites that I want to link to. Ex: the official lego site (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Close-ups on rebelscum.com

(...) B-wing. (...) Thanks alot for this. The pilot looks extremely cool although I don't know about the B-Wing. To me the engines are to blocky and the lower wing should be longer and thicker.   Re: new Millennium Falcon

(...) You're certainly enititled to that opinion. (...) What does the crazy way the lights sources are angled on the model have to do with whether it's Lego or not? Or, let me rephrase that, rather than be disingenous. I've seen someone's suggestion (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Great ideas

(...) I'll second that. Nothing makes me feel more like a happy little kid than a Lego smiley. That's a big reason why the Snowspeeder is my favorite Star Wars set- that smiling rebel. Sure, you could assemble your own, but it's nice to see that (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.starwars)

Re: no minifig in my Island game

(...) Yes, there was. My copy had one. I either got it from Costco or one of my mother's elementary school book orders. I don't remember which. Jeff "Hmm. Girls really seem to like a guy in spandex." (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.games.lego.island, lugnet.general)

Re: !!! Laser attachments for Mindstorms !!!

Maybe the robot could use the laser to draw spiro-graph designs on the wall, I'm not sure if the motors could position the beam that fast though. Joel Shafer joel@connect.net (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

!!! Laser attachments for Mindstorms !!!

Lasers are very well, and make cool toys. My cat loves to chase the little red spot on the carpet! But if you're talking about scanning or diffusing the beam, aren't you defeating the purpose of using a laser. If you want a cone, use a super- bright (...)   Re: Close-ups on rebelscum.com

Nice call! And thanks for the link. I was thinking that looked like a chin guard, but couldn't imagine another SW helmet being made by TLG. Must have been a Lucas thing (or another reason to buy TLG's B-wing). -John Van Christopher Tracey (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
