  SC lots

There are some amazing buys there right now. I currently do not have anything listed but I was nosing around. I have a bid in on a number of items but they are all things that I already have and I will not be upset if I get outbid. For instance (...) (25 years ago, 27-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: Is MISB meaningless?

(...) Yeah, too bad that we can't really have a true standard. Maybe we need to do something like: Pieces Complete Instructions | Box ===...===|===...===|...|===...=== M (mint) | C (complete) | M (mint) | S (sealed) G (good) | L (lacking) | G (good) (...)   Re: conical gear

(...) I wouldn't say so. As a standalone set, you may be right, as one cannot build too much other than motor cycles based on the parts. Still I think the 8417 is quite realisticly designed and it has lots of useful parts. I like it. Fredrik (25 years ago, 27-Sep-99, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Good vs. Evil

(...) I suppose a lot depends on your perception of wolves. I think of them as neutral - they do what they have to do. I see them vaguely allied with the Dark Forest - kind of a Druidic thing. Dragon Masters probably don't fit neatly into "good" or (...) (25 years ago, 27-Sep-99, to lugnet.castle)

I recently picked up these sets from a friend, as part of a large collection of Lego, and since I'm only interested in Space themes, I've decided to auction these sets off. They are: 6081 King's Mountain Fortress (Haunted Castle): complete, no box (...) (25 years ago, 26-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Re: Is MISB meaningless?

I think that the term MIB (Mint in Box) was conceived first. Later, the term MISB (Mint in Sealed Box) was created because MIB was not specific enough. I don't think either term is specific to the Lego market. To me, the better question is, "How is (...)
