  Using airtanks on 8868

Take a look at this picture: (URL) see those white things, that are supposed to look like air tanks? If you have two of the blue, *real*, pneumatic air tanks, you can replace those white things with them. I tried that, but I own only one airtank. It (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.build)

  Adding texture to a brick

How do I add a texture to a brick in POV-ray? I use l3p, and at the beginning of the POV-file, there are lots of color declarations. Can I change the RGB to a texture, and how? --Tobias (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: DAT view browser add-on - where?

(...) Thanks for the reply! I _knew_ about LDLite, but as it is a "stand-alone" program, I didn't connect it with browser use. So what we are talking here, is a "helper application", and not a plug-in (as I had expected), right? (...) You mean "How (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Hello at all Castle Lovers

<snip> (...) Well, I haven't *SEEN* the sets, have just seen some set names... So I do not know exactly what they look like or how "juniorized" they are. I likes Ninja, I feel it was(is?) only lightly "juniorized" if at all. Considering how some of (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Q:#include and RCXCC 3.0 beta help requested

There was a bug with #include for files using MSDOS line endings in NQC 1.0b1. I'm pretty sure RcxCC beta 3.0 used this version of NQC. The bug was fixed in NQC 1.0b2, which is available from (URL) for an include path, try setting the environment (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Una visita gradita

  Re: DAT format question

(...) A primitive is in the p\ directory, a sub-part is in parts\s\ As far as I understand, a primitive is a general purpose shape, usually with dimensions around 1x1x1 LDU for easy scaling. Sub-parts are usually used by only one part, or for many (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Yes, for example, 4588.dat references 3062b.dat. I don't know of any others that reference other parts, but many parts reference sub-parts in the ldraw\parts\s\ directory. --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o o \ BramL@juno.com (...) (25 years ago, 19-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
