  [DAT Explorer] Feature request

Kevin: I found a Netscape on one of the other machines in the lab and walked a bit around in the post office. I noticed one strange thing - I appear to be transparent. Could you insert a minifig at the camera position, so the reflections show that (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Next SW-Sets and AAT

Why wait until TLG has made an AAT??? Yours is as good, I think! Great model, it looks like the thing. I don't know about the interior, but the outside looks good. But, like you said, all those brown pieces... Gerwin Hassink Ralph Döring heeft (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I need one copy of each: A purple bucket and an orange bucket

I know they could be out of the shelves currently, but anyone has one of each for sale? Not need to be mint (I already won't want the containers, only the bricks are needed), but need to be complete. regards, Selçuk (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: proud of myself (+ some questions)

(...) If you can accept having "discrete" steering positions, then you can use a touch sensor to mimic a rotation sensor. A line of 1-stud cylindrical elements moving past a touch sensor will give "0" when the sensor is exactly between two elements (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Next SW-Sets and AAT

Hello, a friend told me about a message on RTL. It said Slave-One and the Millenium Falcon will be released as Sets in spring 2000. Anyone who knows more about these rumours ? If they add an ATST and an AAT, all my dreams come true... ;o) Being very (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: proud of myself (+ some questions)

(...) The two motors drivetrain (coupled through a differential) that others suggested is a very practical and effective solution. If you want to try a "different" thing you can set up a vehicle with two or more gears. Less effective but fun to set (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.build)

(...) The black 2x6x6 weight bricks are also found in the 1987-era single piece boat hull sets (4010, 4020, 4030). There appear to be two styles of construction for this weight part.   Re: Six Wide Hummer model

(...) The last Town JR construction set (6565) had a six-wide railing used as the sides of one of the cheesy (did I say that?) trucks. I didn't see it in the LDraw parts list, but I thought I saw it on one of the other cad programs. Of course, I (...) (25 years ago, 17-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)
