(...) Correct, it has a minimum voltage for correct operation. You can use a separate battery pack with a higher voltage and simply connect the grounds to your 9.6V battery. Hi. Have you tried attaching the data out (middle pin on three pin header) from the encoder board to the data in (also middle pin on three pin header) on the decoder with a common ground to each? I would definitely argue that pointing out a retail outlet that is selling something that is being auctioned is definitely NOT siphoning. You gain nothing by pointing out that S@H (or Kmart, TRU, etc) has something available. (...) (27 years ago, 9-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)
