It appears that more info is out for RIS 1.5 on the LEGO Mindstorms site. From what I read the only real changes are in the software running on the PC - nested loops, better block arrangements, and more complete storage vault; and more stuff in the (...) (27 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I've made a Repulsorlift vehicle from the Star Wars Classic Speederbike set ... it uses all the Speederbike pieces save the tree and one 2x8 plate. The directions are a little lousy (my first time playing with LDraw and LEdit), but you should be (...) (27 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.starwars)

As an additional note: I called TRU, WalMart and Target. TRU and WalMart would not match the ad since it does not show an acutal price.
