It appears that more info is out for RIS 1.5 on the LEGO Mindstorms site.
From what I read the only real changes are in the software running on the PC -
nested loops, better block arrangements, and more complete storage vault;
and more stuff in the Constructapedia that has more interchangable components.
It doesn't appear that any new commands have appeared for the RCX (so it
seems).
