  Re: LGEO update

(...) Hi Travis, I did not want the LEGO text for copyright issues. In ld_defs.inc, just remove the translate statements at the end of declarations for letters E and G to create original logo as L3P uses. Lutz (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.cad)

  Maxi-minifig

After seeing some pictures from a UK meet where they had built a Yellow castle of 6x pieces, I decided to try to 'reverse-engineer' the maxi-minifig. So here's my interpretation: (URL) can both stand and sit, and be decomposed into the same parts as (...) (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.announce.moc)

  Alternate model for 8271

I recently bought a 8271 just because I met Natanael Kuipers during our LEGO-meet here in Eskilstuna last month, and this set was his first design for LEGO (and the cheapest one). I even got his signature on the building instructions! The original (...) (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.announce.moc)

  MOC: Minifig i skala 6:1

Traktorer, vägskrapor och grävskopor i all ära, (...) (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.loc.se)

  Re: LGEO update

(...) I have a question about the stud logos. The code in lg_defs.inc makes it look like they should say LEGO, but they in fact say LGEO. (The letter comments are in the order L...E...G...O), but the E and G have translations inserted to swap them. (...) (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Liquidating my 400 pound LEGO collection

Finally got everything shipped out from a couple of weeks ago and listed some more lots last night. I'll have one more round of lots after this, then one or two mixed bulk lots and then we'll be done. This week: (URL) and Castle lot with minifigs, (...)   Best option for real-time viewing on the web

I was wondering what the best option was for real-time viewing on the web. I notice there's a utitlity on LDraw.org, but it requires regestering a component. I'm thinking that VRML is still the best option. -Mike (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.cad)

Re: The Brick Testament - The Book of Job

Thanks Reverend (chuckle), always love to read the brick testament, never missed a story. I found it absolutely hilarious when God gave back to Job his money, replacement children, yet you continued to portray him as a leperous wretch ;) (16 years ago, 23-Nov-08, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)
