  Re: Legoträff i höst (2008)

Bra initiantiv Anders!! (16 years ago, 30-Jul-08, to lugnet.loc.se)

New Rio Grande Grain Hopper & Santa Fe Freight Car MOCs

Hello, I just recently completed my new Rio Grande grain hopper and Santa Fe freight car MOCs. The grain hopper was easily my most challenging MOC, but after much head scraping and rebuilding, it finally came out as good as I could have hoped for. (...)   The LEGO Didn't Break (or the HALE Mission - LEGO where it was never intended to go)

OK, I'm a little bit proud of this... and, mostly, amazed that it functioned at all. I was selected to participate in the HALE (High Altitude LEGO Extravaganza) after submitted two proposals in the hopes one would make it... and instead, both were (...) (...) It looks like the "hydraulic" piston from set 8448 (except without the spring): [LDrawPart 32181c02:0] It's cool that they've made more. :) Steve (16 years ago, 29-Jul-08, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: LPub 4 Web page

(...) Hey, I've been out of town on business for the last two weeks..... Thanks! That will be great. (...) We talked about this privately and I'm going to fix LPub. (...) I know you were having trouble because of the LPub bug above. When you load (...) (16 years ago, 29-Jul-08, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

Re: How to set up the LSynth Beta for NXT cables.

(...) This is my bad. The source has been sitting on sourceforge for a very long time. I need to release it. Willy has helped a lot, testing and giving great feedback. Thanks Willy! Jim Devona has already made the new LSynth available on the Mac, so (...) (16 years ago, 29-Jul-08, to lugnet.cad)

(...) The expression I was looking for is 'hydraulic stay'. There's a word for everything! (16 years ago, 29-Jul-08, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

Clone Wars V-19 and Gunship are spiffy!

I tried to build a V-19 and did not arrive at a suitable result. I am heartened to see that the Lego designers must have had similar problems because their set has about six times as many parts as I could bring to bear on the problem. In addition (...)
