This is my bad. The source has been sitting on sourceforge for a very long
time. I need to release it.

Jim Devona has already made the new LSynth available on the Mac, so it is past
due time to make a windows version available.
Mike, thanks for getting this going.
A slight pause from LPub to release LSynth.
