  Re: Ping???

(...) Not to sound like a stalker, but Eenink is a rather distinct surname. Do you, by any chance, have a relative called Patsy? (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.loc.au.qld.bri)

Re: LEGO Star Wars Anniversary Set - Help Decide

(...) I would like to see Luke's land speeder with R2D2, C3PO, Ben and Luke in LEGOLAND Miniland scale. Maybe with a spring suspension on three wheels to give it a "floaty" feel. just my 2 cents, Darrin (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: tiny house (half timber) and child

A beautiful small house! Has a great 'cuteness' quality to it which is so hard to achieve... Congrats on the building and more importantly your child! God Bless, Nathan (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.build.arch, FTX)

Re: LEGO Star Wars Anniversary Set - Help Decide

I have 2 suggestions: 1.A Darth Vader bust or sculpture similar in size and price point to the darth maul bust (URL) set of 2 smallish sets that together make up the Death Star Detention Block. Set 1 contains the elevators and guard station plus the (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors)

Has Lego begun producing "war toys"?

I am curious to hear folks opinions on this one. I happened across a pics in brickshelf showing the boxes for new sets for 2008. It is my understanding that we do not allow links to leaks, so you will have to find it yourself. Long and short, for (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.general)

  Re: IT'S TOO DARN QUIET!!!!!!

(...) John, Ok, I usually let JT start the NGLTC threads, but I wanted to make things less quiet... As for Brickshelf...well, I forgot my password, and never got a reply for a password reset...and, there was that whole "Brickshelf is closing" (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Long Span Suspension Bridge?

(...) Ted, Sorry, I can not stand it anymore. A 48 stud baseplate is 15" and a fraction. Two at 96 studs would be 30" and a fraction. Four at 192 studs would be 5 feet and a fraction. Therefore 384 studs would be ten feet 3/4 of an inch. Bruce (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: LEGO Star Wars Anniversary Set - Help Decide

(...) I'd really still love to see something in the realm of a minifig scale Mos Eisley Cantina. That would be sweet! The Star Wars line has been so "vehicle based" that I would love to see more done with stuff like the Hoth Base, Death Star, Mos (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: LEGO Star Wars Anniversary Set - Help Decide

(...) LEGO could include the minifig(s) possible with the sculpture. If they were to limit the options, would not R2D2 and C3PO be the definitive Star Wars figs? The Original trilogy was told from their perspective. Lego could release them as a (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: Poll for new Town Sets

I was hoping that the Ambassadors would make a new post to town, train, and announce, especially since they just announced a poll for Star Wars sets for 2009. While we wait for their post, I might want to add that the suggested sets should be aimed (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.ambassadors, lugnet.lego, FTX)

  Re: Long Span Suspension Bridge?

(...) Wow! This has all been great information and the pictures are wonderful. I'm really excited to get a closer look at some of these bridges at various shows this summer. :-) I might even have to get out to somewhere where SCLTC is displaying (...)   Re: Long Span Suspension Bridge?

(...) Mike- The 192 stud (10 ft) cable-stayed bridged that I posted a picture of earlier in this thread has a middle open span of 96 studs (5 ft).   BrickfestAnywhere 2008?

Is there going to be a BrickFest anywhere in 2008? Like many people, I'm trying to figure out where my LEGO travel dollars will go this year, and I haven't heard anything from BrickFest (but have heard about many others). Steve (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

Re: Couple of queries with LDD exporting

(...) That's because the history of this DAT goes like this: 1. I wrote the part, it was officially released as 553.dat in 2000. 2. The real part number was discovered, and the part was moved from 553 to 30367. 3. There hasn't been another parts (...) (17 years ago, 23-Jan-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)
