Hi all! The First Lego League team in Eindhoven, called RISbotics (www.risbotics.nl), has been nominated for the prestigious "Eindhoven's Pride" award. Eindhoven is one of the major cities in the Netherlands, and a major centre of engineering, (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.general, lugnet.robotics)

Re: Power Functions Element Pics (inc Plugs)

(...) Hey mark have you got any new info? I just noticed that the bulldozer is out through S@H and want to know if the adapters will be available there too. More importantly when. The official launch date is just a few weeks away so surely it can't (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: 8275 Bulldozer...

(...) I'm with John on this one - I ended up grabbing the Dino because it was cheaper, and I could at least get experience with the new motors and control system (which I *think* I like... it's been hard to experiment a lot since my kids won't let (...)   Re: 8275 Bulldozer...

(...) Wow, you call a $150 USD set a "starter" set???!!! I think I want your LEGO budget! ;) All kidding aside, like ROSCO said, if you want to get into the new motors & RC units, I think the dino is a better intro set, but there do seem to be lots (...)   Re: Two New GBC Modules..

(...) It's hard to tell from that picture, but pause the video and you'll see the balls run up at a 6-stud spacing. That means the peaks of the wave are six studs apart. The cams are spaced with one pulley plus a half bush, so are spaced exactly one (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: MINI Battlestar Galactica Prison Barge

Hello Will, thank you for the comment and the praise! Indeed, you are right, the angular piece is held loosely bewteen the dishes, but is fixed a little by the chainsaw, which holds it at its place. I think that's the first time I used this kind of (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Grazie! Alex (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: Selling prints of LDraw renders

(...) Ok, thanks guys. As I've looked into logistics in other areas (would people even be interested in buying prints/cards/etc. of LDraw scenes? I have a feeling it would be difficult to turn any kind of profit with this.) I'm not sure how far I'll (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

  Re: YA Steam locomotive

(...) Great MOC Ben. As others have said the cab is one of the stand out features. Your interior looks awesome and is one of the areas I need to concentrate on more for my own steamers. Your design for the cow catcher on the pilot also looks good. I (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Happy 75th Birthday LEGO
