I would think any fullheight bricks with an even number of studs in each direction ought to work, the DUPLO(r) baseplate studs are the same as the brick studs, their hollow center mates with the LEGO(r) tube. (...) (27 years ago, 28-Aug-99, to lugnet.build)

Sorry. what are 1x2 round tiles? I tend to think that something round has symettrical height and width. I know of 2x2 round tiles, and I know of 1x2 tiles with center top stud (which is round). (...) (27 years ago, 28-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
