  Re: Hallo.... ist da jemand??

Hallo Ralf, (...) Hab ich mir angeschaut. Die Fotos sind sehr gut geworden. Wie lange hast Du an Deinem Falcon gebaut? (...) Keine Ahnung. Bei mir hat er funktioniert. (...) Ich bin haarscharf vor der 40, habe einen 4 1/2 jährigen Sohn und ja - es (...) (25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.de.by.mue)

  Re: Lego dagli USA

(25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.it)

OID generation (was: Re: wishing upon a star)

(...) Lar, I've been experimenting with a method for OID construction which takes a pseudorandom 32-bit integer, converts it to a 40-bit integer by adding 8 bits of CRC, then converts that an to 8-byte base-32 ASCII representation using the 32 (...)   Technic 8735 Motor $17.04 at Target

I was at Target today. Purchasing my first train!!!! Anyway the Technic Motors 8735 were priced at $17.04, this was the first I had seen them below the regular $35.00ish level. Funny thing is that it was like it was marked down, it was on the shelf (...) (25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: wishing upon a star

(...) It's known to be not unique, there's a many-to-many relationship between TLG numbers and unique mold-forms. That is, the same number has been used for different parts (at least, different versions of parts), and different numbers have been (...) (25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

Re: [LDAO] New beta version available

(...) Hmm. That sounds like it's situational, not data-dependent. IOW, something you did earlier caused a condition where the inliner messed up. Yuck. (...) Yes, the Inliner (the one separate from the editors) does a standard LDraw-search for a (...) (25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Larry Pieniazek wrote in message <37C495EC.EF33C349@v...er.net>... (...) Don't be ridiculous! I was looking for Lego, not for a man!   Mc Donald's Lego

If McDonald's have a Lego promotion, after Halloween, I may well be out of the country at that time (from Nov. 1 to Nov. 10). I was hoping to get two sets of each for my lad's Christmas stockings - if they aren't too lame. Any chance someone is (...)   Theed Palace Blueprints

Hello, Sorry for the non-Legoness of this post, but does anyone know of a source that contains the blueprints to Theed Palace? I am attempting to build a microfig scale Theed City, and I want to have the palace as accurate as I can get it. The (...) (25 years ago, 26-Aug-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: wishing upon a star

(...) Whoops. Talking in shorthand tripped me up. In system-architect-speak "business" logic is the actual desired work effort of the program (contrasted with non business logic which is the infrastructure or other code that you have to do in order (...)   Re: Lego man

(...) Well, it's bad if you drop it on a carpet and Murphey takes notice... Which reminds me -- if a cat always lands on its paws, and buttered bread always lands butter-side down, what happens if you drop a buttered cat? I just have to ask, why were you cruising the Personals, eh John? And as for cruising the male personals, were you "sizing up" the competition or does your bread butter on a different side than I thought? (not that there's anything wrong with that (...) Every time I call Consumer Affairs (800-453-4677), which is maybe a few times a year, they always send me, shortly thereafter, a LEGO not-quite-a-catalog.
