  Re: Crystal Ranger Star Cruiser

(...) Thank you! Ah, yes, Brickfest. Should be fun! I'll be bringing an assortment of things... -best, Wolf (19 years ago, 23-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Tunnel Mouth / Bridge Arch

The tracks from the Snowmobile 8272 and Bulldozer 8275 make a great tunnel mouth or bridge arch - smoother than using slope bricks. (URL) used 27 links at the moment, fixing them twice on each side. The arch as built fits well over 6-wide, 8-wide or (...)   Re: More Power Function MOC pics

(...) Well spotted Brian :-) The electric elements are those that will feature in the new Bulldozer. The rest of the MOC is parts from my own collection, NOT the rest of the Bulldozer!   Clearing up scratches on pieces

It's been years since I last posted here. I'm trying to restore the condition of some old pieces and thought someone here might know how to go about this. I got two of the 6989 MCM quarter domes off Bricklink a while ago, but they turned out to have (...) (19 years ago, 22-Feb-07, to lugnet.parts, lugnet.space)

  Re: New LDraw modeling/animation/POV-Ray tutorial

(...) Ok, I hadn't realized how unreadable it was on Windows. I just changed the whole thing. I'm not that good with design yet (I'm going for a certain look and not doing too good of a job with it...), so it still looks funny IMO. But I think it is (...) (19 years ago, 22-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: New Thomas Duplo Trains

(...) I agree absolutely. I prefer to stick to the characters in the original 26 books by Rev. W Awdry and the 14 by his son Christopher Awdry.   Re: Smallest cube ever!?

(...) hmmm. I have a suspicion that most non-integer cubes are impossible because of the way the surfaces can be constructed. Each side of a surface must be constructed out of I + 1/5 J plate units (I and J integer) since we can only make them out (...)   Re: Smallest cube ever!?

Of course, the thing that's still missing is the 3x3x3 cube! We've discovered how to make a 2x2x2, a 4x4x4, 5x5x5, and anything larger that's an integer multiple of studs... But no 3x3x3's :( The other thing that I haven't seen tried is making (...) (19 years ago, 22-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: New LDraw modeling/animation/POV-Ray tutorial

(...) Well it's definitely an improvement, but I still find the bluish grey text in your links difficult to read. I think, as (URL) pointed out>, that the main problem might lie in the black background. ROSCO (19 years ago, 22-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

  More IR Bulldozer pics

Here's a "rover robot" built, apparently, out of the new IR Bulldozer. August is much too far away.
