  Re: Mindstorms fabrication/manufacturing line...

(...) It's being picked up by blogs now, try this link if you're having trouble with YouTube: (URL) truly a labor of... well, large proportions. Not to mention a generous supply of RCXs. It looks very cool. I'd show it to my kids, but they're (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Review of set 8877, Vladek's Dark Fortress

Sure, this is a very late review, but it could be helpful for anyone stalking Target clearance sales.   Re: Mindstorms fabrication/manufacturing line...

(...) Oops! Its still working for me tho, maybe you have been banned. Just so you know what you are missing, its an assembly line, like Iains ducks, but the product isnt a duck, its a car, and the assembly line is a "bit" longer.   Template VI Library Block

I published online a new block, which allows NXT-G developers to create "library" NXT-G blocks, i.e. blocks with commom input/output wiring scheme but different functionality. It allows efficient encapsulation of many blocks into one user-friendly (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

Re: Super Chief Engine Available from S@H?

  Re: My new buildings

(...) Hi Jonathan, Thanks a lot for the reply. I know that i should use black window frames instead of red ones, but at the time of building, one year ago, they wheren't available in black. I think they are now, so it's possible that i change them (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Where are the 2007 Duplo Sets?

I've seen some sneak-peeks of the new 2007 sets for Castle, Mars/Space, SW, City and Batman. Any word on the 2007 Duplo sets, specifically the Thomas and Friends line? My daughter and I really enjoy the Thomas trains and we're looking forward to (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.duplo)

Re: TSRR #500 and the Texas State Railroad Project

(...) Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I sure hope I'm able to help them out with what little I can do. Both the towns of Palestine and Rusk, not just the employees of the park, depend on the tourism. Thanks for spreading the word! --Anthony (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: TSRR #500 and the Texas State Railroad Project

(...) Thanks so much! I know I'll be making the trip up north to visit the park when they resume normal operation in the late spring, though I have to admit it'll be half for the enjoyment of the trains, and half for MOC research. Let's hope the (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: TSRR #500 and the Texas State Railroad Project

(...) Thanks! There are a few quirks with the design, but they're not hard to overcome. With my locomotive, the center of rotation is forward of the center of gravity, so without the rear blind drivers and the load-bearing rear truck, the locomotive (...)   Re: Classic Space Rocket Train

(...) Tony, thanks much for the nice words, and thanks much for the MOC Highlight. That was an excellent surprise. Long wheelbase: Good eye! I've only tried the passenger car on curves via pushing the train by hand, and it seems to do ok. It (...) (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: TSRR #500 and the Texas State Railroad Project

(...) Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I did a lot of planning and surfing the web for pictures. This is the most un-photographed locomotives the TSRR has, but I was FINALLY able to get a profile shot of it so I could do some serious layout planning. I (...)   Re: Your LEGO Dream Set?

Creator Houses should easily become Dollhouses by having: Family Minifigs: father, mother, daughter, son, baby. I have been missing the Lego women. Furniture Creator set: to make better chairs, dressers, cabinetry and, of course, a piano. (19 years ago, 5-Jan-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

  Re: Manhattan's Engine 14
