  Box Progress

Is there any way for us to tell who has the boxes at any one time, and what is the time frame on each step? It seems like at least 2-3 weeks per step to me. I was hoping to get the box I am signed up for before Jan. 2000. Is that realistic? Timbo (25 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: LEGOLAND trains

Well John I would want to copy the master peices they have made. I like the creativity that went into making realalistic designs of trains.   4128 Freestyle Bucket (was Re: New web pages)

Someone asked me by email what I was talking about when I described a "Freestyle bucket". It's set number 4128, and I got one a couple weeks ago in a small toy store in the northeast US for $21.56 (which was 20% off list price, they were having a (...)   Re: Voting page for 9906  [DAT]

It means you have quads with the vertices in "bow-tie" order, rather than clockwise or counter-clockwise order. The corrected sequence for the line below would be: 4 16 16 144 6 16 140 6 -16 140 6 -16 144 6 LDraw handles "bowties" ok, but other (...) (25 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: 50x50 baseplate (was: Re: The LEGO history - Interesting book found at the library)

Frank, you never know what old stock you're gonna find in a Toy Store. 11 years after the London Bus (#760) came on the scene in 1975, I picked up a large quantity of them in 1986 at a suburban Detroit toy store chain. Ditto for the Lear Jet (#455). (...) (25 years ago, 19-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)
