  Re: What happened to BrikTrak?

(...) Hi Jeffery, The developer of BrikTrak seems to be taking a break from all his LEGO activities. I don't know anyone that's been able to contact him. For an alternative inventory program, under active development, I recommend (URL) Brickstore>. (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Dear LEGO Company,

(...) I'd just like to say this might be a major nightmare. I have painful visions of thousands of low-quality models that you'd have to page through to find the occasional gem. If you had a direct link that you could put on a website, that would be (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: I need to start paying more attention.

(...) Once in a while Lego puts out something REALLY bad. The last few years they've been designing some really fantastic sets...straight across the board. The Creator/Designer stuff is great...so...I guess once in a while something might slip by :) (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: PICSL at Peeron

(...) Ahem, sorry, I must be tired, that should be "scans@peeron.com". Stefan (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.inst)

  Re: PICSL at Peeron

(...) You will probably get a response if you contact the people at Peeron directly with this error report instead of posting it on Lugnet News. Try "inv@peeron.com", the persons (person?) behind that address are usually very good with reading (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.inst)

  What happened to BrikTrak?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what happened to <www.briktrak.com>. I had been waiting for the beta of the new version of the inventory program by the same name, but the domain is no longer registered. (it's just an ad page now) I checked (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jul-06, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: July 22, RTL21 -- date

(...) Oops. I later realised I'd booked vacation around that weekend. Either Jon will head up our team that day or if I can pass off the robot to some responsible individual earlier in the week who can press "run" that would be super. :) Iain (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Legofest Ballabio: ringraziamenti

(...) Dai, sono andato solo dopo l'orario di chiusura e mi sono contenuto, c'è chi ha fatto di molto, molto peggio :-) Ciao! -- gb(at)biffuz(dot)it (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: Legofest Ballabio: cosa migliorare?

(...) Togliere: - la Ferrari, la gente ci buttava un occhio e poi se la dimenticava per ammirare le nostre opere!!! Aggiungere: - un PAB con una migliore e più vasta selezione Ciao! Gabriele -- gb(at)biffuz(dot)it (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: NXT compatible bluetooth adapters

Yes! I got the Kensington 33085 to work with the NXT on both Mac OS X and Windows. There are a bunch on sale at ebay for $17 incl shipping with buy-it-now. Here are the steps: OS X - when you plug in the adapter it will ask something about (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Legofest Ballabio: cosa migliorare?

Voglio lanciare un sondaggio "a caldo". Secondo voi cosa bisognerebbe aggiungere, togliere, cambiare per migliorare il Legofest di Ballabio? Ciao Marco (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: I need to start paying more attention.

(...) Well I don't knock it for it piece selection. Looks to be a lot of simple/basic brick, but it doesn't look like much. I also dislike the rendered product shots. I really prefer the photos of the real thing. The rendered image just makes it (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Legofest Ballabio: ringraziamenti

Eccomi qua! Re: The Corinthian

(...) Thanks. I had wanted to make a ship on par with others around (like yours for example) that I have seen for a long time, but I haven't had the time. I'm also happy to see that two masts looks good, I had been thinking of adding a third but (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Have you got your NXT yet?

(...) Ye gods! Those are some huge bugs. Is there any way to report them to Lego or NI? (Guess I spoke too soon about good Mac support.) I'm repairing permissons now, and I've fixed up my uninstaller shell script. But this is a big problem that (...) (20 years ago, 4-Jul-06, to lugnet.robotics)
