  Re: Ultrasonic sensor interactions

(...) How feasible would it be to set up some sort of time-sharing communications over Bluetooth to allocate time slots when each of the robots in an area would be allowed to use their ultrasonic sensors? -Tim (20 years ago, 20-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Automatic download of unofficial parts in LDView

(...) OK, I got it working. Feel free to delete the file whenever you want. So, do you plan to turn gzip support on for the ldraw.org server? It would make a really big difference for unofficial part downloads. --Travis (20 years ago, 20-May-06, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  SLTC - a bunch of yahoos ?

Well, possibly a Yahoo group. I set up a yahoo group for the Sydney LEGO train club last week. I sent out invitations to most people whose details I had. So if you were 'spammed' by someone called 'pedrotrainshedro', that's what it was about. (:^P) (...) (20 years ago, 20-May-06, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: New MOC - STVFD Engine 82

  Re: Ultrasonic sensor interactions

(...) In a word, multiple ultrasonic sensors can be a problem. This is a general problem and not specific to Lego ultrasonic sensors. Pulses emitted by "the other sensor" can arrive at just the wrong moment, creating a false range reading. Clever (...) (20 years ago, 19-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)
