  Re: Several Town MOCs

--SNIP-- (...) Quite possibly. Tim (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Several Town MOCs

(...) Hi, thanks for your comments. I agree, but I cannot move the cockpit as the concave double slope bricks wouldn't fit in then right below the windscreen. (...) Thanks, some tries make me presume these only look well when using LGEO, right? (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.town)

  Re: Several Town MOCs

(...) Hi Florian, You're getting a nice little collection there. I really like the long nosed passenger jet although I feel it would look a lot better if you moved the cockpit forward one brick (the nose is just a little too long IMO). (...) For (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.town)

  Several Train MOCs

Hello everyone, I'd like to show you my train models: (URL) They're all available for download in LDraw-MPD-Format (as instructions). Concerning the Tram, I'm not sure whether that one works as depicted in the MPD file. If anyone has the parts, can (...)   Several Town MOCs

Hello everyone, I'd like to show you my town models: (URL) They're all available for download in LDraw-MPD-Format (as instructions). BTW, I'm not sure how to do golden astronaut visors in LDraw yet (so they actually end up shiny in POV-Ray renders), (...)   Several Space MOCs

Hello everyone, I'd like to show you my space models: (URL) They're all available for download in LDraw-MPD-Format (as instructions). As you can see, I'm quite fond of the official LEGO subthemes from some years ago, and it's a pity hardly any of (...)   Jamocklaquat to make another public appearance

Eric Sophie's rather cool Multi-RCX Lego Mindstorms robot Jamocklaquat is currently being exhibited at The Cathedral Arts Festival in the Grace Church Van Vorst in New Jersey until June 2nd 2006. There are pictures, and an in-depth story at (2 URLs) (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.robotics.events, lugnet.robotics, lugnet.announce, FTX)

  Re: NXT newsgroup needed

(...) I am in favor of creating a new group. Just as we wouldn't want messages about the Spybot brick or the Scout brick getting lost in a sea of messages about the RCX we do not want messages specific to the RCX to be lost in a sea of messages (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: My NXT MOC

(...) Thx. Yup, building studless takes a bit of getting used to, but I find it easy now (I find myself quickly forgetting some of the studded tricks I have done in the past..). I started building with studless a year or so ago - mixing studded with (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: The Rock Festival @ Brickvention

(...) Excellent! I might bring a few extra figs of famous (or infamous!) folks to enjoy the Rock Festival too. Cheers Richie Dulin (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.loc.au)

  WTT 3443 mosaic instructions

I am looking to trade for the 3443 Mosaic instructions. I have the Tiger and Cat, and would like to get the others (Dino and Johnny Thunder, I believe) Thanks, and keep on bricking, dave (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  The Rock Festival @ Brickvention

Dear Aussie Lego Fans Plans are afoot for the long exiled Rock Festival to make a return for Brickvention. This will be version 3.0 and, once again, I'm calling for volunteers to make a minfig of themselves to temporarily add to the audience. Here (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: NXT newsgroup needed

(...) Actually I thought the decision was more of a 'wait and see' than a definite 'no reason to'. There were quite a few very enthusiastic responses to having an NXT group created, and three our four equally enthusiastic disagreements initially. (...) (20 years ago, 7-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: NXT newsgroup needed

(...) I disagree. I think there are many things pertaining specifically to NXT which don't need to go in the general robotics group. Which also has a sub-group for all the other programmable bricks. I would certainly like to see a NXT-specofoc (...) (20 years ago, 6-May-06, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.admin.general)
