  Re: NXT interface

(...) You use the L/R arrow buttons to scroll an icon list along the bottom of the display, and when the proper menu icon is in the center, you hit the centeral orange button to select it, and drill down a menu.   NXT interface

We've all seen screenshots of the Labview programming environment that ships with the NXT. I'm curious about the interface on the actual NXT (with the standard firmware). How does the menu system work? Obviously there are size limits to how much (...) (20 years ago, 5-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: NXT memory limits

  Re: NXT memory limits

(...) Yes. Successfully. There is already software available for converting .wav files. (thanks MDPs) Of course, they can't be too big. One of the first things I did was replace the goofy startup sound with a smaller one. There's also software to (...) (20 years ago, 5-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: NXT memory limits

(...) I would add, for completeness sake, that there is also an ATMEGA48 in the NXT too. There are two main reasons for this. 1. The legacy sensor interface requires 5v ADC for the analog inputs. 2. The motor PWM needs some outboard help. The ATMEGA (...) (20 years ago, 5-May-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Quasar I with updated pics - sorry about that

Sorry people - I had to fix the pictures on the BS gallery, and because of a glitch, it wouldn't let me use the same names, so the pics in the previous post are broken. (...) (20 years ago, 4-May-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: Quasar I - Remake of the Red Sun

Sorry to reply to myself - I just wanted to apologize for the poor quality pics (and the black BG). I had to use LDView to generate the pics, and as much as I love the renders it produces (especially the specular highlights), I can't say that it (...)
