  Worlds largest Lego castle to be built @ New York State Fair!!!
 
Just allerting everyone of the good news. The Worlds Largest Lego Castle is TBB (to be built) at the NYS Fair in Syracuse, NY on the 26th- 28th of August. It will be assembled by fair-go-ers and local kids. The Gigantic model will be in the Youth (...) (25 years ago, 16-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Almost Ultrasonic Motion Sensor
 
A big problem with ultrasonic sensors is the power they consume to create the ultrasonic beacon. I don't think the RCX sensor port has enough output to run one of these. Here is my final word on all of this. 1.I will refrain from doing any parts development work except for 1 part at a time and i will keep working on that part until it is good enough, however long that takes.
