(...) If the program isn't acting funny, the last part above it is flipped (step commands doesn't have rotation matrixes) and perhaps the part above that etc.. (...) In his case it sounds more like a 180 degree flip. (...) Like I suggested, adding the file at the top and moving it down cleans the orientation.
