Re: Mecha Contests at BrickFest 2005!

Just wanted to send out a big word of thanks to Jeff for coordinating the Mecha room at Brickfest 2005! This was my first Lego event of any kind, and I was absolutely amazed at how cool it was. Jeff had the Mecha room set up with a video screen, (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Who *is* this?

(...) OMG, its the Mecha Hall of Famer! Ben Vaughan! All Hail! I see that the Hunter is Adam Silcott's ALM-011 Mecha. Hmmm, perhaps that is his alternate MOC'er persona. The render is MLCAD and then opened in LDlite or something to get the (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Brickfest Pneumatic Master and new Pneumatic Gate Circuits

(...) Mark, I did a lot of thinking about pneumatics in my long drive home over the last few days, and am going to try to share them here (yah, Steve, there I go giving away my competitive edge ;^). I started thinking about a piston and its ports. (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.events.brickfest)

  Re: Shadow : scout mech

(...) Chris, I really enjoyed the action poses the "Shadow" can do. You kept it pretty light for a large mech, and your joint tech lets you show off all the cool stuff a real long-legged chicken mech could do. Great MOC! (21 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: I am not a nazi.

Richie, I never accused you of being a Nazi, nor do I think you one. I want to be clear on that. I simply found your MOC tasteless and not funny. It spurred my hasty post calling for deletion. I regret that post, but I still feel you MOC was very (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.people, lugnet.off-topic.debate)
